Welcome to The Homecoming Barn. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your stay at the property. By accessing the website or booking accommodation, you agree to these terms.
Bookings must be made via the contact details given on the website or a confirmed booking platform.
A deposit (specified at time of booking) is required to secure your reservation. Full payment must be made before arrival unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations made more than 5 days before arrival will receive a refund less any processing fees.
Cancellations inside 5 days attract no refund.
We may cancel or alter bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. maintenance issues). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.
Any damage must be reported immediately. Costs for repair/replacement will be charged to the guest.
The property must be left in a reasonably clean condition.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10.30am unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late check-out may incur additional charges.
We do not accept liability for loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
Guests use the facilities at their own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.
